Shipping & Returns

All Halal Sweets orders received by 1pm Monday – Friday will be despatched the same day. Any orders received after this time will be despatched the next working day. Please remember that Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not classed as working days.

Please be aware that sweets are heavy food products.

UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail next day delivery or Parcel Force.

• All deliveries will be charged with a £5.95 handling fee + £0.30 per 100g of Halal Sweets.
• Orders over £100 will have free delivery. Please contact us by telephone during normal opening times to place this type of order to avoid incurring delivery charges.

Western European deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Air Mail.

For sweets that weigh more than 5000g (5kg) in weight in UK or 2000g (2kg) in Europe, please phone to discuss prices.

We do not guarantee delivery times but Royal Mail mainland UK deliveries will generally arrive within 3-5 working days and overseas deliveries within 4-7 working days. Deliveries made by courier will be delivered the next working day.

If you require guaranteed delivery, next day delivery or any other special arrangements, please contact us for a quotation.

We will despatch to the address as you enter it, so please ensure that you enter the full address correctly.

We regret that we are unable to accept orders for delivery to an address containing a PO Box number or from persons placing an order whose own address contains a PO Box number. Overseas Orders

If your order is being despatched to an address outside the UK, it is possible that local customs may impose an additional import duties and customs charges. You will be responsible for these charges as levied.

We do not recommend shipping our perishable products to warm countries. As we have no control over the temperature during transit and upon arrival aboard, we cannot accept responsibility for melted products when shipped internationally.
